20yearsyounger.com offers FREE STANDARD SHIPPING on all U.S. merchandise orders $200 and over (excluding taxes). For shipments totaling less than $200, there is a delivery charge based on weight and location. Should you choose to expedite your shipping, expedited rates will apply. Our standard shipping option is UPS Ground over 16oz., USPS for orders under 16oz.

Returns & Replacements

Your satisfaction is 100% guaranteed.  If you are not completely satisfied with a 20YearsYounger.com purchase for any reason, please return it for a full refund within 30 days.  RETURNS WITHIN 30 DAYS of purchase receive a full refund to your credit card for the price of the item(s).  RETURNS AFTER 30 DAYS of the purchase may not be returned.  We regret that we are unable to cover the cost of return shipping or refund your original shipping charges.

Ordering

Step 1: Using the Shopping Basket
You can order quickly and easily through 20YearsYounger.com.

  • To add items to your Shopping Cart, simply click on "Add to Cart" of the item you wish to buy.
  • To change the quantity of items, change the number in the box under the "Qty" column and click "Recalculate."

Step 2: Shipping Address

  • Make sure to provide precise city, state, and zip code information.
  • 20YearsYounger.com offers FREE STANDARD SHIPPING on all U.S. merchandise orders $50 and over (excluding taxes).
  • You can add, edit, or delete shipping addresses while you are in this step of the checkout process.

Step 3: Shipping and Packaging

  • After entering the "ship to" addresses, you can select a shipment method for your order. Delivery charges will be applied according to your selection.
  • If you're sending a gift, be sure to check the box marked "Gift Order." This will ensure that your order is processed appropriately.
  • You can also add a personalized gift message to your order.

Step 4: Payment Information

  • During this step in the checkout process, you can add, edit, or delete your information. Select one credit card for the payment of your order.
  • If you have any coupons or promotional codes, you can also enter the codes at this time. The promotional offer will appear automatically into your shopping basket at the Order Confirm page.

Step 5: Order Confirmation

  • Make sure to check that your order information is correct, especially the shipping and billing addresses. If you decide not to place your order, you can cancel your order at this time. To place your order, click "Place Order Now."
  • If you want to change your order, or any of the shipping or billing information, go back to previous steps by clicking on any of the steps displayed on the top of the ordering pages.
  • Once the order is submitted, an Order Complete page will be displayed with an order number. Within an hour, you'll also receive an e-mail confirmation containing the same order number. Use this order number if you have any questions about the status of your order. Please note that you are unable to modify or cancel your order after you have placed your order. You will know that your order has been placed once you receive an order confirmation number after you click "Place Order Now."
  • We will process and ship your order within 1 - 2 business days. When we ship your order, you'll receive a second e-mail confirming the ship date with a UPS or USPS tracking number so you can track your order status.

 

Payment, Pricing & Promotions

If you have a promotion code, you may enter it in the promotion code field prior to checking out. Promotion codes cannot be applied to an order once the order has been completed.  We accept all major credit cards. 

Viewing Orders

You will receive an e-mail confirmation containing the order number. Use this order number if you have any questions about the status of your order. Please note that you are unable to modify or cancel your order after you have placed your order. You will know that your order has been placed once you receive an order confirmation number after you click "Place Order Now."

To change your account information click on My Account and sign in.

My Account is located at the top of every web page. You can change your login, password, ship-to addresses, and billing information.
